Currency: All prices on our website are listed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED). International customers should consider any currency exchange rate fluctuations.

VAT: A 5% UAE Value Added Tax (VAT) is applied to all items, effective from 1 January 2018.

Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and bank transfers; however, AMEX is not accepted.

Custom Orders: All custom-made orders are non-returnable.

Returns: We accept returns within 7 days of receipt if the product is damaged or incorrect. Please notify us and return the item in its original packaging.

Conditions for Returns: Only untampered, sealed products in original packaging will be accepted. Please use a registered courier service to return items, and we will issue a full refund. Note that we reserve the right to refuse returns if the product has been used or tampered with. Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable.

Refund Method: Refunds will be processed only through the original payment method.

Order Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 45 days

Worldwide Shipping: We ship globally, except to Russia.

Shipping Method: All garment shipments are insured. After your order is placed and processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your package’s delivery.

Delivery Time: Shipping times vary by item, with estimated lead times listed on each product’s page. Custom orders may take 2-3 weeks for delivery.

Customs & Import Charges: For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs/import fees in their country.

Delivery Time & Fees:
- Within UAE: 3-5 working days, with a flat delivery fee of AED 30.

International: 10-15 working days. Fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination.
